Getting started

Not at all! FlexFit is designed for all experience levels. Beginners are especially welcome because starting with a coach means you build the right habits from day one instead of spending years unlearning bad ones. I’ll teach you everything you need to know!

Nope! Programs can be built around a full gym, a home setup, or minimal equipment. You'll share what you have access to during onboarding I will build your plan around it. If you're looking to build out a home gym, I have an Amazon storefront with recommended gear to get you started.

Your schedule is part of the intake process — your program is built around the time you actually have. Whether that's 3 days a week or 5, your plan will be designed to fit. There's no one-size-fits-all requirement here.

I will review your inquiry and follow up within 2-5 business days. From there you'll have a short intro call to talk through your goals and make sure coaching is a good fit. If it is, you will begin onboarding and I will build your custom plan.
The Program

You'll follow your custom workout plan in Trainerize and track nutrition in Cronometer. You'll fill out your weekly check-in form on our designated check-in day that covers how workouts went, energy levels, and any nutrition notes. I review everything and respond with feedback and any adjustments needed going into the next week.

Two apps — Trainerize for your workout programming (you'll have your full plan, exercise videos, and logging all in one place) and Cronometer for macro tracking. All FlexFit clients get Cronometer Pro included at no extra cost.

Life happens — that's the whole point of Flexible Fitness. If you want to train and eat to plan while traveling, great! If you want to take a couple days off and eat intuitively, that's fine too. We will work around life, not against it. Just communicate during check-ins and the plan adjusts accordingly.

It depends on your starting point, goals, consistency, and many other factors - but most clients start noticing changes in energy, strength, and how their clothes fit within the first 4-6 weeks if they are consistent and stick to the plan. However, the goal is sustainable progress, not a dramatic 30-day transformation that doesn’t last.

Yes! You will be picking what you want to eat, but I will suggest options that fit your preferences, restrictions, and lifestyle.

Tracking is a tool, not a rule. We use macros to help you understand how to fuel your body properly — but the approach is flexible. The goal is to build a healthier relationship with food, not an obsessive one.

No — FlexFit is built around flexible nutrition, not restriction. There are no banned foods. The focus is on understanding how different foods fuel your body and finding a balance that supports your goals while still enjoying food. No detoxes, no crash diets, no cutting out entire food groups.

No — and that's intentional. Rigid meal plans tell you exactly what to eat, which doesn't teach you anything and falls apart the moment life doesn't cooperate. FlexFit gives you a macro framework and the education to make smart choices on your own — so you're not dependent on a plan forever.

Pricing is shared during the intro call after your inquiry is reviewed. Fill out the inquiry form to get started and I will walk you through everything — including cost — before you commit to anything.

Commitment length is discussed during onboarding based on your goals. Sustainable results take time — most clients see the best progress over 3–6 months of consistent coaching. I will set clear expectations during your intro call so there are no surprises.

All payments are non-refundable, including unused services. That's why the intro call exists — to make sure coaching is genuinely the right fit before any money changes hands. I want clients who are ready to commit, and I take that commitment seriously on my end too!
