Hi There! You can call me Kendra or Kenny, whatever floats your boat! I grew up playing sports and have been lifting since I was 14. Fitness has always been a part of my life, but for years, I didn't actually understand it. I tried every diet, jumped from plan to plan, worked hard, and still couldn't figure out why the results weren't coming.
That changed in 2021 when I decided to compete in my first bodybuilding competition and hired a coach for the first time. That experience didn't just transform my physique, it rewired how I think about food and training entirely.
I’ve been in your shoes.
The Origin Story
My coach taught me something I’d never truly understood: food is fuel, and training requires intention. Once I understood the why behind both, everything clicked!
The nutrition piece hit especially hard. I had spent years under-fueling without even knowing it. Once I started eating strategically, my energy, performance, and mindset all shifted. And that's when I knew I wanted to help other people experience the same thing.
I got my ISSA certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition and built FlexFit around one simple belief: fitness should flex around your life — not the other way around.
The flexfit philosophy
How I Coach
No detoxes. No extremes. No avoiding carbs. Just a structured, flexible system that’s built around your actual life and evolves as you do.
Understand the why
Education is part of your coaching - you’ll know why you’re doing what you’re doing
Data-Driven Adjustments
Weekly check-ins mean your plan is always evolving based on real results
Food is Fuel
Build a healthier relationship with food - one that supports performance, not punishment.
Lifestyle Integration
Plans that work around your job, family, and schedule - not the other way around
Proper Mechanics
Lift smarter, not just heavier. Technique and safety come first, always.
Enjoy the Process
Sustainable progress should feel good. If it’s miserable, it’s not the right approach
